Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon providing comprehensive cloud infrastructure and solutions, sought to enhance the reach of its promotional videos for cloud computing services. To resonate with global audiences, these videos required localization tailored to specific markets. Leveraging our extensive experience in localization technology, AWS entrusted us with this critical and challenging project, encompassing transcription, translation, and subtitling of their cloud service promotion videos.

• The videos contained complex IT and telecommunications industry jargons, demanding a high level of technical expertise from translators.
• Transcription was complicated by heavy accents of non-native speakers, posing challenges in accurate listening and proofreading.
• The project's tight timeline, requiring the transcription, translation, and SRT subtitle production for 11 English videos, each 35 minutes long, within 4-5 working days, was daunting.
