Project Overview
In May 2022, PepsiCo, a global food and beverage giant and a valued Landelion client, embarked on a mission to standardize its internal training across the Asia-Pacific region. Recognizing the region's rich linguistic landscape, PepsiCo sought to incorporate a multilingual approach into its training materials and communication strategies which included the development of training content in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, ensuring that the diverse workforce across the Asia-Pacific could engage with the training content effectively and that the company's standards were communicated clearly and consistently in the languages most relevant to each market. This initiative was designed to harmonize with the company's overarching global vision, aiming to establish uniformity in food industry benchmarks and interviewing methodologies.

  • Integration and Timeliness: The translated materials, tailored with version formats including a page-by-page comparison version and a pure Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean format version, and specified with the font Microsoft YaHei, were seamlessly integrated with PepsiCo's existing training modules and delivered on schedule.

  • The translated materials swiftly bridged global and local standards, significantly enhancing the Asia-Pacific markets' training relevance. And the training materials were well-received, fostering a more knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
  • The project's swift completion within a mere 5 days of initiation to delivery showcased exceptional efficiency, particularly notable for the high industry-specific translation demands from English to Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
  • The project's success reinforced our partnership with PepsiCo, paving the way for future collaborations.
